Mother/Daughter Retreat at Camp Berea is an annual getaway for moms and daughters, where you can press “pause” on everyday life and grow in God together. You will make lifelong memories as you embark on new adventures, build stronger bonds, and create space for quality time and spiritual discussions (finally, a conversation that lasts longer than the ride to soccer practice).
Give your girl a weekend she will never forget and invest in her faith and future as she becomes the woman she is meant to be.

Days at Mother/Daughter Retreat are a mix of fun activities, spiritual encouragement, and time for special mom and daughter bonding. Morning and evening sessions include biblical, age-appropriate teaching from a featured speaker and lots of laughter and fun. Between sessions, enjoy classic camp activities like canoeing and archery, quality time around the campfire, and fun memory-making activities like mom-and-daughter photo sessions.
Every day offers a new opportunity to grow in your relationship with God and each other and impact your daughter’s future as she grows into who is meant to be.
*Off-site rates are available for those who do not want to stay at camp but would like to participate in meals and activities.
Make memories on the shores of Newfound Lake at our beautiful camp and retreat center. Everything you need can be found on-site, and our team is here to serve and pour into you.
Your retreat includes cabin-style accommodations that house up to 12 women and that feature an en suite bathroom. Mothers and daughters will stay together in the same cabin and be roomed with other mother/daughter pairs/groups. We also offer private accommodations for those who prefer more personal space. Availability is very limited for private rooms, so we recommend registering early if you want a private room.
If you don’t want to stay on-site, you can buy a retreat-only ticket, where you arrange your own accommodation but have access to all sessions and activities.
Get ready to be treated to delicious meals created by our in-house chefs and served in the communal dining hall. Each morning, you’ll enjoy a breakfast buffet with eggs, proteins, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Lunch consists of family favorites like hamburgers and tacos, and dinner features hot, homemade dishes like roasted chicken and, of course, dessert.
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, there is a place to share this during the registration process, and we work very hard to accommodate these. Our chefs are all ServSafe certified.

Want to bring a church or family group to Mother/Daughter Retreat? Let us know you’re coming, and we’ll hold your spot and secure block housing for your group. Women from your group will still need to register and pay individually to attend.

Mother/Daughter Retreat takes place in May of each year and lasts from Friday evening through Sunday morning.
Check-in begins at 6:00pm Friday and the retreat wraps up by noon Sunday.
We welcome children ages five and up to Mother/Daughter Retreat. Programming is designed for mothers and their kids/teens, but mothers and their adult daughters are welcome, as are multi-generational groups (grandmother, mother, daughter, etc.). We also offer a Women's Retreat that is wonderful for mothers and their adult daughters.
Most attendees stay in cabins that accommodate up to 12 people. Mothers and daughters stay together in the same cabin and are roomed with other mother/daughter pairs/groups. Each attendee is responsible for bringing their own bedding.
We also offer smaller group and private accommodations for those who prefer more personal space. Availability is very limited for private rooms, so we recommend registering early if you want your choice of accommodations.

Yes, if you’re coming with friends or extended family, you can request to be housed with them. We also do our best to host church groups together in the same cabin.
